As i cannot be awake for these 3AM matches as per I.S.T. i set Gayle as captain , Samuels and Russell and saved team before sleeping. Now i see Gayle is not playing.

This (Gayle as captain) is the worst selection i have ever made. Much worse than Roger Binny. Laughing stock and rightly so.

I think a lot of people would have been caught by that. The early start in NZ has been rare though, most of the rest of the time the matches have been starting at 1 am or 3.30am UK time so I sympathise with the problem!

Most Indian fans who are playing this and those whom i have already discussed with today have Gayle as cappo. So the damage has not been much to me.

Wahab has done well, 3 fer and 3 fer bonus. Might get to bat. So captaincy has worked reasonably well. Porterfield should have been the most point scoring captain though.

All my players still have a role to play in second innings.

Holder as captain is possibly the best captain one would have got. well done. Certainly 1000 times better than Gayle as captain tonight

Now that the KO's are clear, we need to get the right players. The one who gets the initial 11 correct will be well served.

Those transfers were only valid for group stage and cannot be carry forwarded to knockouts. For Phase 2 (Knockouts) everyone will get fresh 20 subs.

I thought that was the case, as well, though I only wasted 12 changes.

Just had a look then - even after using all of my transfers in the group stages, I now have unlimited transfers.

We now have 20, after your initial changes for the first QF. I think you had to read the small print, regarding the transfers.
