Yes. There are, or used to be, quite a few people who's USP to British culture was their foreignness. People like Ruby Wax for instance was sooooo OMG American. I think Harris was like that with his Aussie catchphrases and accent. If he had been English he wouldnt have been on TV

For 20 years I thought Brett Anderson was gay, but I thought Nick Cave was a Brit for longer.... :hide

IF Id known then I would of had an easier time picking a bloody song.... sorry GJ, Australia does a fine chocolate biscuit that doubles as a tea straw, but music..... :no
