I am not at all interested in Mars bar or 8th spot :x
You may fight and win it. If Shanky was participating he may have given you company for 8th spot or even wooden spoon :laugh

Would rather like to win the FL.

Hazlewood going wicketless in that second innings has not been good for me (picked him over Starc, on a hunch). I was doing ok until that point :no

Oh well, two tests to go. Plenty to play for :)

What's the Mars Bar comment about? I don't do these fantasy leagues often, so am not up on the in-jokes, sorry.

It's like something the teacher might do to encourage those that have no hope of finishing top. A minor, tokenistic prize so not only the winners are rewarded.

Lol. Reminds me of the pub quiz I sometimes do, where there are prizes for first, second and second-last. The idea being that a prize for last would encourage people to deliberately tank, while second last is hard to manipulate.

Hold on. Coming 8th is a glorious thing. The Mars bar is just a newer addition to glorify the achievement further. As we all know it is easy enough to win. Selecting for 8th is a skill.
