Ian - if we have released 2 players and only received one then can we pick a player that has not been picked by anyone else and is still on the list of free players?

Maybe those mangers who are a player light in squad depth after Sundays bids are allocated can opt to have another player added instead. How about if I add a 8pm Monday deadline for such instances?
