Very high standard of competition this year, to underline the performance of Hoggy and Red's teams

4103 was my winning score last year, which pales into insignificance compared to this year's scores. I've bettered my score from last year and am unlikely to even get on the top 5 podium

Both Hoggy and Adi gambled on Aussie ODI players performing well enough to give them a big cushion going into the final stages. Sadly for them the gamble didn't really pay off as CA pulled their boys with many of them only playing 5 matches.

For me it was a case of going for the wrong West Indian, the injury to Henriques, and the unexpected (to me anyway) call ups for Richardson and Hastings
