the fixtures and player scores might have taken a hammering, but Red has done well this week and forged ahead

watch out AP.... Red is very definitely on the charge

still a 136 point lead for AP, with only one round of matches to go - all rests on those 4 games. Another week of weather chaos and who knows where we end up

Ian is only a couple of hundred points behind as well

momentum is all!

The Footman put 1000 less points for Red in the previous league table.

Player availability is also key.

Rudolph should be back next week after missing two matches. I think McKay was rested for the most recent match, but could be back.

I think Cosgrove has just won this for AP - that century plus AP's opening lead is going to be tough to overcome

A bit of rough working out and my lead has increased to 205pts.

A few wickets from Batty and Napier, a couple of dismissals from Foster and Sanga to chip in with a solid score if Northants set Surrey a 4th innings may swing the momentum.

I can't see Roy batting or Kerrigan bowling again - so I'm effectively relying on Cosgrove to add to his century, Rudolph to convert and Madsen to put on a 2nd innings score.
