Roll up, roll up

Get your T20 world cup FL here

Pick 11 players, no substitutes in this one, and no restrictions on who you can pick

Scoring

Batting

1 point awarded for every run scored
Batsman scoring at least 25 runs will be awarded an additional 10 points, plus another 10 points for every further increment of 25 runs scored
Batsmen scoring at least 15 runs at a strike rate between 125 and 174 will be awarded 10 bonus points
Batsmen scoring at least 15 runs at a strike rate between 175 and 224 will be awarded 20 bonus points
Batsmen scoring at least 15 runs at a strike rate above 225 will be awarded 30 bonus points

Bowling

25 pts per wicket
5 points bonus for maiden over
10 pt bonus for a 2fer
20 pt bonus for a 4fer
If a bowler has an economy rate of <=4.0 and has bowled at least 2 overs, he will receive a 50 point bonus
If a bowler has an economy rate of<=5.0 and has bowled at least 2 overs, he will receive a 40 point bonus.
If a bowler has an economy rate of <=6.0 and has bowled at least 2 overs, he will receive a 30 point bonus
If a bowler has an economy rate of<=7.0 and has bowled at least 2 overs, he will receive a 20 point bonus.
If a bowler has an economy rate of<=8.0 and has bowled at least 2 overs, he will receive a 10 point bonus.

Fielding

10 points for each catch taken and stumping.
20 points for sole run out (10 each if shared)
10 pt bonus for being involved in 3 catches / run-outs / stumpings

these are the new scoring rules, so you'll all need to watch me like a hawk to make sure I remember to award 25 points per wicket. I'm also going to stick rigidly to batting SR bonus points and limit them to a maximum of 30 points

Squads

It has been pointed out to me that the main event doesn't start until the 15th, and the 8th March start date is only for the associates, so everyone has an extra week to submit teams. Scoring will not start until the super 10 stage

I've had a look back at the thread from 2 years ago and it looked like a pretty unwieldy FL, tbh... congrats to Dan for keeping a track of everything

I like to keep things simple, so scoring will only take place when the super 10 phase starts

teams by 1330 GMT on 15th March, please. If anyone wishes to include associate players in their team, then that's fine, but they won't start to score points until the super 10 stage. As usual, changes to the team can be made right up to the deadline.

you can do anything you like as long as you do it before the deadline, 365.

only 2 associate teams will be making it through to the super 10's, so my advice would be to wait and see which 2 go through, and adjust your side then. I generally put teams on my spreadsheet at the last minute anyway, so give yourself as much time as poss to have a think about your team

Given half of 365notout's side consist of associate players and has entered his side before the tournament officially begins on 8th March, any points occured in the Group Stage should count as per the 2014 World Twenty20 FL.

The only grey area is where associate players are selected during the Group Stage round and before the Super 10s begin, but Dan sufficiently covered this by insisting any associate nation players must be selected before the tournament officially begins.

Hardly, it's only just entering some player scores for a further 5 days. Far easier than doing a combined Fantasy League in comparison.

Selecting group players in the hope they advance to the Super 10 stage makes it all the more appealing.

3 with Boyd Rankin. Add the 2 Bangladesh players, that's 5 players who are starting the tournament at the Group Stage.

Quite a bold move if I say so myself :thumb
