Amla is a must, probably have to bat at four though, or toss up with Zaheer..

Neil Adcock another highly rated pace bowler to miss out.

Alderman was one of the worst number elevens ever, and Asif was as bad, so probably need a spinner who bats...

Zaheer batted 35 times at three and 33 times at five, so maybe move him down and Amla at three? His average was 54 at five, 40 at three.

On 606 someone would have complained Tendulkar wasn't in the side.

I'd put him in over Ambrose......but what about his brother?

Akmal did have a more substantial career than Ambrose, but he's the worst keeper there's been.

I know I'm going back in time, but surely Les Ames is a better bet as wicketkeeper batsman.
