Personally question 2 should be void as it was vague, especially when me and Bhavesh asked for clarification and never got a response with Round 5 to contain 11 questions.

plus technically the answer is wrong.
the president got no actual power in ICC, he essentially a puppet.

it is more of a honorary position than something of power.
pawar is probably the last president to actually have power in the ICC circles, the last few had no say or any major role in the decision.
