most of my players were either called up for the Tasman stuff, or have spent the BBL losing every bit of their form

it's not as if Australia have a massive T20 squad, or that the Shield season is a long grueling affair.... personally I think the state sides are taking the ssip a little bit

Doesn't really work having this split season I don't think. In terms of maintaining interest in the Sheffield Shield.
