Everyone, I would have thought.

IS refers to singular.
ARE would be used for plural, and it should then read SIDES rather than SIDE

If you want to be picky then yeah could have said are, but 2 teams have jointly won the most, if we want to be really picky then yeah okay my bad.... really..

According to Wikipedia, Leicestershire have won the Twenty20 title three times (2004, 2006 and 2011) whilst Hampshire have won it just twice (2010 and 2012).....

Also for Question 1, Kyle Jarvis has spent five seasons at Lancashire.

He made his County Championship debut in September 2013. I recall discussing the signing with Splinters and a couple of others at the time.
