Cameron has been a flop selection for me. England are not allowing even an opener to bat for second time. Moreover in some innings that he got to bat, he has not contributed enough.

Khawaja and Bancroft are the weak links. Paine has turned in a reasonable amount of points.

I'll do this tomorrow.

Smith posts the highest score of the series, but Broad's 18 isn't quite as bad as Khawaja at the Gabba (some good news at last for England).

Here are your scores for the one sided Perth Test.

Smith...301
Hazlewood...230
Bairstow...163
Paine...139
Cummins...135
Starc...131
Anderson...99
Lyon...80
Khawaja...70
Stoneman...69
Woakes...66
Moeen...49
Bancroft...45
Root...44
Warner...22
Cook...21
Broad...18

Let me know if you have any queries.

Warner's and Cameron's form is not helping at all. However I think that most have him (Warner). But a good 3rd test with 700+ points ensures that bad form of both batters is covered by remaining 3.

Considering the way England bowlers are bowling, Warner and Cameron will get only 7 out of 10 possible innings to bat in. :Nooooo

Won't mind Cameron is dropped and first reserve Lyon gets into my playing 5. That will be fantastic.

Pretty tough on Bancroft, though for a good cause.

Maths all done. More later.

In the Ashes 2017-18 Fantasy League England leads the way with a phalanx of UK citizens in charge of the little FL urn. This time, staunch midlander Ian1970 heads the peloton going beyond the turn and into the race for home. Well done Ian and the UK.

You will excuse the slight suggestion of nationalism and localism that have infiltrated Ashes 2017-18 Fantasy League after the Perth Test. interesting it is Root vs Woakes so england players will likely decide the title.

I wrote you were a UK citizen, not an England supporter.

Besides, it's just some whimsical filler.

Hope I'm not annoying the Aussie posters...

Melbourne next. That's closer to home for some CMS Aussies/expats.

At least there's no Hobart Test ;)

It's likely to be someone with Smith and Starc in the team I think.

TBH I believe Me and ian got 4 of the same players with only Root and Woakes being different.
although haven't check 3rd place or 4th place differing players.
