The First Test in Brisbane got a bit one sided towards its conclusion but round one of the FL remains close with five contestants breaking the 700 barrier, but no one taking control. A special mention for Cool Hand Yuppie, who has gone into this contest of cricketing wills with no substitutes, yet scores a bravura 730 points.

And thanks to our sponsors for this first leg of the series. Central West Queensland's Sunshine Radio operating out of the Yaraka broadcasting franchise. Drive time dj Davey Wayne will be playing songs suggested by the prestigious CMS Ashes tie in: There Ain't Half Been Some Clever B******* by Ian Dury and the Blockheads on behalf of Prof, Adi and GG; Number of the Beast for GJ; and I Know It's Over by the Smiths for Rich, Alfie and Al. Davey's choices by the way. On the hour every hour. People in the Yaraka area can drop by and collect a bag of free Sunshine Radio tat.

See you in Adelaide.
