with Root coming into my team as a reserve, it was blindingly obvious to me that he'd get a big fat blob today

I've got Bairstow and Root. But then, I'm out of the frame anyway.

Here we go. The update of the fourth round of the England v India Fantasy League is well worth waiting for. We see the impact Moeen Ali's 267 had on the league table and the ultimate outcome of this competition. The returning all rounder has single handedly dragged Mike up to number seven, and GG's farsightedness has seen the Welsh millennial into the runner up spot. Well done GG. And all our competitors.

And such an attractive Test match in the beautiful environs of Southampton was a cinch to sell to a plethora of worldwide businesses desperate to sprinkle a little of the glamour of England v India Fantasy league into their boardrooms. This time our lucky partners are Bhopal Promotions, The Mad Men of Madhya Pradesh, whose advertising style is just right for your enterprise and all our enterprises. Whether you want a dancer in a grey grandma wig to do Bollywood dance moves with her extended family to sell pouches of microwavable basmati which a real Indian matriarch would never consider having in the house. Or if you need a young yuppie couple who look like they live in a Seattle condo, to advertise your powdered tea. Or a status obsessed Indian mother desperate to make a good impression on her new upwardly mobile neighbours with her latest model Japanese car. Or even just a nerdy tween to promote your English language school... Then Bhopal Promotions is for you. Here are the scores:

BFL...2415

GG...2241
Ian...2215

Durham...2186
Prof...2146
Adi...2107

Mike...2072
Al...2014
Redjr....2006

Andy...1985
Red...1944

Alfie...1852
Arthur...1844

Doc...1612

DD...1365

See you at the Oval for the final Test.

Think Rahul's innings wins it for GG, but it will be close.

Many dnps for India which might alter some of the minor places and short out a few remaining flickering dreams of chocolate, but I can't see changes in the medal positions. Customers have waited a long time for a payout on their investments in Rahul, Pujara and Cook, but they haven't waited in vain.

Jadeja...275
Cook...268
Rahul...256
Moeen...160
Root...157
Anderson...146
Broad...122
Stokes...114
Bairstow...108
Rashid...103
Buttler...99
Ishant...99
Kohli...49
Rahane...47
Jennings...43
Pujara...37

BFL might have had a bad Test at the wrong time.

DD had a good one too late.

Has GG held his nerve?
