Super Smash fantasy league

Because you can never have too many T20 competitions going on at the same time (something I learned from the ICC) Footman enterprises are proud to present the latest edition to the family... the Super Smash fantasy league... more super than the most super of super supers and the smashiest of smashy smashes

Rules

11 players, no substitutions

Scoring

Batting
1pt for every run scored
Players scoring at least 25 runs will receive a 10pt bonus for every 25 runs scored
Players scoring at least 15 runs will receive a 10pt bonus for a s/r 125-174
Players scoring at least 15 runs will receive a 20pt bonus for a s/r 175-224
Players scoring at least 15 runs will receive a 30pt bonus for a s/r 225+

Bowling
25 pts per wicket plus
5 points bonus for maiden over
10 pt bonus for a 2fer
20 pt bonus for a 4fer
Bowler with an economy rate of <=4.0 (min 2 overs) will receive a 50 point bonus
Bowler with an economy rate of <=5.0 (min 2 overs) will receive a 40 point bonus
Bowler with an economy rate of <=6.0 (min 2 overs) will receive a 30 point bonus
Bowler with an economy rate of <=7.0 (min 2 overs) will receive a 20 point bonus
Bowler with an economy rate of <=8.0 (min 2 overs) will receive a 10 point bonus

Fielding
10 points for each catch taken and stumping.
20 points for sole run out (10 each if shared)
10 pt bonus for being involved in 3 catches / run-outs / stumpings

What time are the games in the UK? Wonder if Sky will be covering it, having missed out to BT on the Bash? Or will we have to search in similar areas as for the US Open tennis and USPGA golf to be able to watch?

Any time between 2am and 6am GMT

Not sure if the Super Smash is broadcast overseas

this is a harder one to call than the BBL. I hope I make a better job of it than I did with the MSL... although that might just mean don't pick Hapless Amla and don't pick a player who gets injured between deadline day and his first match

I've been worrying about the squads for this. Every place I look seems to have different looking squads
the one I posted at the start of this thread, for example, includes Rob Nichol for Otago.... yet a search on the player reveals that he retired back in June, from all international and domestic cricket

hmm!

when you've picked your players, my advice would be to check them all out individually

Crapinfo is not helping with any sort of squad lists. Reminds me of the KSL earlier this year when the squads did not appear until pretty much the day before the tournament started..... which feels optimistic for this one, if I'm honest
