Delport and Ngidi (who didn't play today), plus Pretorious (who hasn't played for a while) -v- du Plessis and Sipamla (who can't buy a point and hasn't all tourno) plus 5 points

5 points!

Oh blimey.......... I need du P to have an absolute blinder in the final and Delport to have a stinker. No Ngidi in the final would definitely help

Pretorius back for the final after missing half the comp

worse... he's batting ahead of du P and there aren't really enough runs for me to win even if he was to bat immediately

I led from the start until the last day, so congrats to DD for hanging in there and completing the coup de grace

as it happens.... had Pretorious not played in the final (and it didn't look as though he would after not playing in the last 5 matches) both DD and me would have been tied on 4372 points. :o

not sure that has happened before

A bag of funsize opal fruits is winging its way to the Prof and Mike adds another spoon

don't forget the BBL starts in about 13 hours.... lose not a minute in getting your teams in.... no time for mucking about

Thanks your work DFM. Was this the most rain affected competition ever?

I would think so. Lots more matches lost in the Vitality Dribble this year, but as a percentage of total matches this must surely have been worse.
