Spinners were always way too good in those older versions. I had an English leggie average around 23 (in over 100 tests) in one game...

I don't know this game. Are there injuries (I don't have a spare keeper). I had Haddin in there but I couldn't bring myself to leave out one of the batters for him.

Indeed. Glenn Mcgrath would get spanked around, while Thilan Samaraweera went on to become the best player of all time, averaging sub 18 per wicket as a part time spinner. Hence SL were unstoppable, they always used to start the game with 5 spinners who put up all time greatest numbers.

If your Sri Lanka, sod picking Murali, pick Lokuarachchi instead; the weirdest thing about it was Murali was always crap, while every other SL spinner was a beast.

This is Cricket Captain 2018. I've bought it to pass some spare time, and thought this might be an additional benefit.

As far as I'm aware, pick anyone who has played for your team - although not someone who has debuted since the game launch in 2018 (doubt we could call them an all-time great anyway...)

I've just looked at the SA squad DFM, and seen that there are many players with a single cap to choose from.

In so doing, I've also noticed a glitch in how I'm planning to show the results! Is there a way to show screenshots on this site?
