SF Barnes wasn't great for a bowler with such superb stats.

Which makes me wonder if the game didn't pick him up as Sid Barnes, the Aussie cricketer.

funnily enough I couldn't get into this link, because it wants me to log in (and presumably create an account), yet I was able to go into the link you sent Arthur at the weekend and view the Ind/SA scorecards from there :hmmm

thanks Ian the cards are most helpful

Paul Adams, Keshav Maharaj, Gary Kirsten and Daryll Cullinan hugely outperform Jadeja, Nadkarni, Sehwag and Kohli in Indian conditions! :coat

even Dale Steyn managed to take 20 odd wickets. Not many caught behinds or stumpings, so my guess is the India batsmen either kept going on the charge, or the SA players were packed around the bat for Maharaj and Adams.

Kallis was under bowled, I thought. It'll be interesting to see if he bowls more in home conditions

Sorry RD, the squad of 18 is fixed.

ianp1970 wrote:Managers would need to select players in their 18-man squads who could cover all situations: from an early season, green New-Zealand seamer in overcast conditions to a Sri Lankan Bunsen in the decisive fifth match of a series, with an unfit number one wicket-keeper!

Managers would pick the initial team line-up from their chosen squad for the first match in each of their five match rubbers. Teams for the remaining 4 matches would be picked automatically, with the game-engine selecting any required injury replacements

I have no idea tbh - unless by leaving out one of the bowlers...
