Rashid looked good again

Letting him play in this instead of carrying the drinks in south africa or getting smashed by AB looks a good call

Should be good for his confidence, he definitely looks like a better white ball cricketer

Another corker of a catch...this time from Agar.

Much improved batting performance from Hurricanes. Scored 184/3 with Paine making 87* off 54.

Should win this one.

85% of the population live in time zones at least 2 hours ahead of Perth, and the majority of them are 3 hours ahead. It's a made for tellie sport, so a 7.10 start suits us nicely, thank you.

Fair do's - though I have just noticed that two Perth Scorchers home games are on a Saturday (2nd & 16th January) and they start at 6.15pm local time (or 10.15am UK time).

Should the next Ashes series contain a Day/Nighter, I hope it's held in Perth so the fans in England can get to watch it a friendlier time.

Some pathetic death bowling here. Renegades make 172/4.

I'm still backing the Sixers though as they've got quite a long batting line up and Renegades have an awful bowling attack.

Not bad from Bravo, either...45 not out from 29 balls, three boundaries and two sixes.

The Sixers will win this. The Renegades badly need Siddle and Pattinson
