The CLT20 has so much potential as a competition but is so bad in terms of format it's just turned into a joke in my eyes. Bit sad really.

I remember Somerset competing in it one year but apart from that I know very little about what is going on.

Sadly, I have to agree. Why they can't just have four groups of four and then a knock-out phase is a mystery. Include a team from Zimbabwe and Bangladesh, and two from England. It really would be that simple.
