that's 2 out of two that the Hurricanes have lost on the last ball of the game.

Mind you, they were behind the running in both games up until the last over or two.

pity that he only came to the party when the tournament was already lost. Simmons too. Not what I would call good investments

The Thunder have dished out a bit of a thrashing, condemming the Sixers to dead last.

I like Thunder as they are oftentimes sharing the spoils. Not a one man show.

I'd love to see the Thunder win the comp. Good send off for Mr. Cricket.

I would too, It's hard to look past the Perth Scorchers and the Adelaide Strikers, though. But then again, when the Brisbane Heat won their title, they did it from fourth, so I guess anything is possible. Should the Thunder go on and win it, it would really put the wind up the two Melbourne franchises, with neither featuring in a final yet.

The Stars are looking down the barrel in Perth. It looks as though they will need the Strikers to roll the Renegades in Melbourne on Monday.

Tye has to be in Australia's T20 squad.

Assuming the Stars do lose tonight, the Renegades can even afford a narrow loss on Monday. They have slightly the better NRR, and a touch up from the Scorchers will even widen that gap.

Renegades have to win. They are two points before the Stars.

The Scorchers are 4 down for not many. This could get interesting.
