The renegades took pity on him in the last over.

Hodge lost control of his bat and it hit Nevill in the face.

Adelaide's best player by a country mile this season has been Ben Laughlin

Shame he's been dumped out the tournament.

I don't get this. Wasn't he bowling last night?

ah, do you mean dumped out in that his team are out of the running?

And now an unfortunate bystander in the Hodge and commentator scandal.

Eight teams and they all play each other once. That should be seven matches each. And yet they are playing eight matches each. Where did that extra round come from?
:hmmm

So after 'Mic-gate', im assuming Howard will get reprimanded some what over the issue? If not sacked...it's serious what happened, and probably more serious than thought at the time?...

it seems that CA have taken it quite seriously from the start, Andy, their integrity unit were straight onto it. I don't think that he will be sacked - I hope not, as it was (imo) an innocent mistake. Stupid, yes, but innocent.

Howard, and Channel Ten, have been reprimanded over the issue, and I am sure that it will be mentioned to them a few more times - especially when contract negotiations come up again.

the "derby" games get played twice so the sixers v the thunder and stars v renegades. the other teams get paired up as well for home and away games

MJ is on fire. 4 balls into his first over and 2 wickets for no runs

not the start the stars were after 0-2

a double wicket maiden to start the match
