based on the highlights, it appears the umpiring is of a pretty poor standard

Not sure what to make of Billy Stanlake.

Seems like he's all limbs and not sure what to do with them - but gets results.

Narine has done his job scoring 21 runs of 13 balls. :clap

Superb catch by KP to dismiss Narine.

I have a question: Is it allowed for a captain (in any form of cricket) to change the bowler half way though an over, I don't mean due to injury?

Pretty sure it's not allowed, as there's many times when captains would have done that.

So russell isn't lying about his knee then still hard to believe his knee stops him from playing test though.

I hardly think he's interested in Tests any more anyway.

might not be in the Spirit of the game which is why they haven't done it but think they are allowed to change bowlers can't see anything in the rules book to stop them only batsman can't change although they can but then they will have to retire out like the sri lankan batsman did against Bangladesh both got criticised badly for it.

true would be nice if he did play it when it doesn't clash with any Domestic t20 competitions.
Russell probably WI best All round option as well.
