Had a bit of a look around for a T20 version of the random International and Domestic cricket threads and couldn't find it so thought I'd make one.

Hope I've not duplicated

"A Caribbean Select XI will take on a Trinidad side in Port of Spain on October 14 to raise funds for the victims of recent hurricanes in the Caribbean. The Trinidad side will be captained by Kieron Pollard, while St Lucia's Darren Sammy will lead the Caribbean Select XI in the charity match themed 'Rebuilding the Caribbean one over at a time'. Alongside the proceeds from ticket sales - a tickets cost $100 - containers will be placed around the ground to collect canned items and clothing....The Caribbean islands were ravaged by two Category 5 major hurricanes, Irma and Maria - the former being the most powerful recorded in the Atlantic since 2005 - among other hurricanes through August and September. Such was the level of devastation in some parts of the region, notably Dominica, Barbuda and St Martin, that communication with some communities is still difficult. Offspinner Shane Shillingford was only recently found, having gone missing for some time following the hurricanes. He is understood to be in good health."

This season could be the end of Brad Hogg... at 47 he isnt a liablity but his economy rate this year is at it's highest since he came back into the game, taking less wickets, and being taken apart more often that not at the moment...is he even the best spinner the renegades have these days? Especially with Jon Holland waiting in the wings..

I'm watching the Ice Cricket Challenge, being played on a frozen lake in St Moritz, Switzerland. Words fail me.

In a strange move in the on-going game in the PSL, with 5 overs to go, Multan sent in Ross Whiteley ahead of Kieron Pollard....stunned

There's going to be a T20 league in Canada, with one of the teams being made up just of (presumably second grade) WI players

Marquee players announced, with some pretty impressive names: Afridi, Bravo, Miller, Gayle, Lynn, Malinga, Narine, Russell, Sammy and....... Steve Smith! Better quality than I was expecting.
