I see that Lancs have asked the ECB for the Sunday QF if they finish in the top 2 and get a home tie
seemingly they have a concert at the ground on Sat night
aw diddums.... "please sir can we have the most lucrative QF as we are also trying to make a few quid on the side"
cheeky chancers
I hope Worcs win tomorrow and save them the inconvenience....... and if they don't, I hope the ECB tell them they have to play on the Thursday night which would give them 2 days to set the concert up. That should be enough time..... after all they must think they can dismantle everything and get the pitch ready in a few hours on the Sunday morning

The worst scheduling was to give Worcestershire - a ground without floodlights!- an evening home QF rather than a weekend afternoon, which was then called off for bad light

Another great performance from WIlley. What a superb season. Wonder if he'd get in the team of the tournament?

So a win, a tie or a washout will probably do for Yorks v Notts.

Lancashire should be made to play their home match at a neutral venue, can't have their cake and eat it.

I think Somerset got the rough end of the stick with some of the umpiring tonight. However too many extras and a mistake in sending Abell in when a hitter was needed cost them.

you got Ben Curran though... if he's as good as Tom and half as good as Sam, he'll do all right

Yorks are not tearing up trees in their 'winner takes all' match with Notts

Poysden has 3 for Birmingham, who must be delighted that Yorks are going to take him off their hands

Never got the vibe that Yorks would make it.
