Yorkshire have Joe Root available as well as Plunkett, Rashid and Willey available for The Roses T20 on Friday. Kane Williamson making his 1st start of the season too.

Bears in danger of capitulating after a decent start: 2 good wins and a close defeat against Notts/Yorks/Worcs, followed by extremely bad home defeats to Leics/Durham. I'm going on Friday, for the - in all likelihood! - must win match versus Northants.

Will probably precipitate down!

Northants' bowlers continue their awful form in this years T20.

Apparently the crowds for the Blast and fifty over cricket have been good this season.

What I always suspected-given the weather the present T20 format will attract a healthy following.
If it's not broken you don't look for a newer model.

I've no idea how heavy the rain is, but that would be gutting for Surrey if they can't get back out there.

Yorks will be wishing that Willey hadn't been available

41 runs off his 3 overs, followed up by a run a ball 20 at a time when his teammates are having to score at 2 a ball

Feel free to reverse those bowling and batting figures, when you come to calculating my score.

seems strange for Yorks to send out Williamson at this late stage in the innings. I'd assumed he wasn't playing tonight

Completely.

In can understand promoting Plunkett ahead of him. But Bresnan too?

17 needed off the last over for Yorks

feels do-able

maybe it will turn out to be a stroke of genius
