Jeepers.... no wonder the ECB think that T20 takes too long. This match started at 3.30. It's now 6pm and they are only 7 overs into the chase. The match should be pretty much done by now

and there's probably another 4 strategic ad breaks time outs still to go

with the money he's likely to have been paid for scoring three golden ducks in a row, he's probably laughing too

it might be his 3rd consecutive golden duck, but seemingly he has become the first player to make 5 consecutive ducks in T20 cricket

I'll bet his franchise are pleased

I hope he signed a 2 year deal, for his sake

I find it strange that these IPL teams can only pick 4 foreigners per team, meaning in a single round of IPL games, only 32 players from countries including Australia, England, South Africa, West Indies etc can participate. Of this very small number, the guy on a streak of 4 ducks in a row gets a game. Madness. They say form is temporary and class is permanent... well, sadly being useless is pretty permanent too.

He was picked on basis of his excellent Big Bash form whcih happened before IPL auctions. He was bought at just 0.5 Lakhs which was a great buy in terms of amount paid for his Big Bash form. RR did try Liam Livingstone in just one match in which Liam flopped and replaced him immediately with Ashton Turner who then had a miserable run with abt and also dropped one simple catch in field.

Problem with RR is their foreign batsmen have been pathetic except Jos Buttler. Smith was struggling for runs until his last two innings. Stokes has been way below par with bat. Now they can either go back to specialist bat Liam or Ben Laughlin who bowls and can score some runs as well. Luckily for RR atleast two foreign picks (Jos & Jofra) have performed above average.

To be fair to Livingstone he only got one game which is harsh, they should bring him back in for Turner IMO

Scorecard suggests he played well last match. Batted as opener.
