Crunch games today to determine the knockouts.

Thunder will finish outside, IMO. After a promising start to the season, they've imploded, batting is very top heavy so the tail starts around 5.

Brisbane Heat have a strong looking squad, they ought to have done better, but I reckon they'll make it over the line.

Adelaide should beat Hobart, who are inconsistent at best.

they've changed the ending for this series and I confess I have no idea how the KO's work

looks as though Matty Wade fancies beating this

117 no and still 3 overs to go

Dame D'arcy is just feeding him the strike atm

anyone would think that Hobart were struggling to qualify for the KO's ;)

seems that qualification between Hobart and the Thunder could very well come down to NRR, so this all makes sense

the Dame is flogging sixes now. Wade will have to do something special to catch Stoinis

Wade finishes with 130 and Hobart with 217

credit to Neser and Wes Agar for pulling that back in the death overs

Adelaide getting so close probably doesn't help Hobart much

having changed the whole knock out phase to ensure that Stars don't get knocked out straight away, I wonder what the odds are on Stars winning BBL 09?

After restricting the Sixers to a lowly 142, the Stars are doing their best to show why they need that second chance - 5/50 off 9 overs.

Maxwell still in....
