I know, it's brilliant!
I mean I would take him back at Saints, no question. But we all knew he wasn't good for Liverpool, and he's proving us all right. He's got neither the pace nor the clinical finishing to be a hit for a big club. He's much, much better off being a big fish in a small pond.
With all due respect, I think the same can probably be said of Matt Ritchie. He couldn't do it for a Liverpool or a Man Utd either.
