I know you were. I'm just not sure why you stopped at third place. It's not like by including fourth, your statistic would no longer apply. Surely it should either be the top two (the title contenders) or the top four (a factually correct, and complete, statistic).

I haven't looked at the table for a few days. Last time I checked West Ham were 4th. Had I realised it was Southampton then I would have said top 4.

Update on Welbeck Mike?

I think you are forgetting that he is busy, and he isnt about scoring goals, assisting them, or creating chances. He doesnt have any touch or ball control, isnt great at dribbling or taking a man on, probably the worst finisher in the Premier League, cant play the target man, not great in the air, cant really cross, hardly ever picks the right pass, and his speed of thought has a tendency to kill every break he is involved with.

But he is BUSY. And BUSY is worth 16 million pounds and several England call ups apparently.

I have said it before, League One before he is 30.

Are we talking about Raheem Sterling?

Name me an under 21 player who has looked as good as him in Europe in the last 15-20 years.....

There are players, but they all have names like Messi, Ronaldo, etc.

Actually, by the looks at stats, at relative times in their careers before turning 21, Sterling seems to have scored more goals than the current world's best two players....
