Good comeback from Soton.

Our worst first half for a very long time. Forget being 2-0 down at HT, it should have been 4-0 or 5-0. I'd have happily seen three or four of our players hooked off well before HT, they were so bad. And the chances that Liverpool missed...

But Wanyama (to stop Liverpool just running straight through us) and Mane (to score the goals) both coming on at HT completely changed that game. Wanyama MOTM by an absolute mile.

Quite pleased that Klopp continues to fail to impress me. Despite having Henderson and Kolo on the bench, he did absolutely nothing to try and repel our fightback. He just stood there, with the Coutinho's and the Origi's hanging around at the other end of the pitch, just watching it all happen. The moment we scored one, you knew a 3-2 win was possible.

Our two big defeats this season have come against Spurs and City both games were pretty close together and we conceded five in each. Can see it happening again tofay if we aren't careful, and we play City in a fortnight!

Right call for me. Threw himself to the floor. Contact absolutely, but not enough to fall like that. I haven't yet seen a replay of Lovren and Long's coming together earlier today, but I suspect that was the same - forward going down too easily. Long already has that reputation, and Rashford soon will too if he continues to go down like that.
