The other alternative was Together Leeds to be owners, not a convicted fraudster. How can the Football League have a fit and proper persons tests when they get over-ruled?

Wasn't the thing he was convicted for, not actually illegal in this country ?? I'm sure I heard something like that spouted somewhere
