I believe that 5,000/1 were the pre-season odds for both a) Leicester to win the league, and b) None of Utd, City, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool to finish in the top two.

For Leicester to lose the title, they need to accomplish failure in their last few matches that not even Jordan Speith could come close to....

And Chelsea finishing out of the top 6 (probably), mental.

It's been an odd one alright, but better, well imo.

I though Leicester were 5000-1 for the title? Or was it 500-1? Strange odds for such big spenders!

Yeah. I'm not saying it was 5,000/1 for the two things combined. Independently of each other, they were both 5,000/1.

I get you.... so

Refs are biased.... therefore Leicester can play three goalkeepers, and no one can score against them.

Good point. :thumb

Never let me fall into the vulgar mistake of being grammatically incorrect by using transient verbs without a direct object, ergo making them in-transient, and therefore making what I say no sense whatsoever.

Who wrote that one? Seriously? The above sentence makes no sense!

In my walks, every man I meet is my superior in some way, and in that I learn from him.

You have to give him a bit of latitude for being a 19th century American poet, but he does make a lot of sense.

The PFA shortlist has been announced.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36036794

I'm undecided on the players player.

I'd have Ali as young player.

I guess Kane has to win best young player as he's the only player in the Player of the Year shortlist too.

West Ham have got one hell of a deal with the new Stadium

http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/36043808

Can this be considered government support? Seems hardly fair on those teams that are having to pay for their stadiums.
