Thinking they could be title winners Bendy?

This 3 at the back change from Conte seems to have caught teams out. 4 goals at United last week, and worthy winners at you Southampton.

I put them 1st on my prediction for the season. I think they made a right appointment in Conte, a manager who has a very strong philosphy about how he wants to setup, and a man who in the jobs he has had seemingly gets the best out of all the parts at his disposal.

People have short memories. Apart from the defence, Chelsea have a very strong team, imo the best midfield in the league. They won yesterday untroubled and had Willian and Oscar on the bench!!! And Marcos Alonso is looking an early contender for signing of the season, last two games ive watched he looks fantastic! And when did Victor Moses turn into not only creditable, but exceptionally talented wing back!!

The biggest compliment I can pay Conte though is with what hes done to Diego Costa. Even in the rout at Arsenal, Costa worked his socks off to make a difference, and not really once did we see his gob or his elbows lose control and get him into trouble. Costa currently looks the best player by a country mile I have seen play this season. Scores goals, links play, and holds up the ball brilliantly.

Hazard has shown glimpses of a return to form, but if he suddenly explodes into a 2013-14 or 2014-15 style year, then Chelsea are winning the league.

And how a non-champions league side got Kante.... well, its just insane. United should have been offering double whatever he signed for at Chelsea to get him

Interesting that Chealski have lost to two of the teams challenging them for the title. Lost pretty convincingly as well. the 2-1 score line against Liverpool flattered them. Since those games though Conte has change it, so possibly hard to judge.

Will be interesting to see how they go against the other title contenders, Spurs and City. They still have to play Everton as well. 3 of the next 4 games are against these teams. After that we will really get an idea of where they stand in relation to title aspirations.

Having no Europe distractions is certainly going to keep the team fresh compared to others fighting for the title. And getting knocked out by a misfiring West Ham team in the league cup really means there will be little distraction for Contes team.

Chelsea spent £120 million over the summer, certainly seem to be getting better returns from their buys then other clubs at present.

Conte has taken this team top when 10 months ago they were 16th and one point above the relegation zone. A much more exciting to team to watch at present as well.

Really looking forward to City vs Chealski in a months time. Im pretty sure it wont be a drab match.

City have only taken 6 points from their last 5 games

And this thrashing of Everton looks like a top 5 has developed.

Arsenals next 2 games are against Spurs and United. Will soon see their title credentials.
