I see Beckham got sent off at the end of the PSG game last night.

He'd only been on the pitch for about 10 minutes.

a real legend of German Football IMO, his goal scoring record for anyone is unbelieveable.

Apparently Lambert had an opportunity to sign him on a free at Norwich but he talked the chairman out of offering him a contract because he thought he was only interested in a pay day....

He is a brilliant player, truly underrated. Last I saw a few years ago he still had pace, a good touch, very intelligent link man, and a nack of putting the ball in the net with ease

FC Halifax Town promoted to the Blue Square Premier after beating Brackley Town 1-0, a 5 year absence after the original club folded in 2008.
