Can't work out why Arsenal want him

Arsenal are better than Man U ( currently, by some distance ), and Welbeck can't get into the United side.

Alot of speed in that team. Also with Walcott always being injured, and Welbeck being very versatile

Indeed.... he is equally rubbish where ever you put him.

He offers a team nothing.. NOTHING! Plenty of League Two players are quick, and probably have as much ball skills.

Cos their starting striker is Sanogo ffs.

United still have two great strikers on their day.

Anyway, this proves what many United fans know about Welbeck:

See that period he played up front, 6 goals and 2 assists in 7 games.

Home grown player for Europe. Last year they suffered when walcotts pace was missed? Dont get me wrong, its not the best signing, but i reckon it weakens united, and he will give Arsenal something. Specially if they play him up front, and not every where else which United did.

Imagine if Falcao doesn't go through and we just got rid of two strikers. James Wilson's time to shine.

It doesn't weaken United, because he doesn't play for United, he keeps a seat warm. Being English doesn't make much sense either, there are loads of better English STs they could of got cheaper.

Man Utd interested in Moutinho now apparently. This is getting messy, as expected. :panic

I reckon Wilson will be a better player than Welbeck in the future but not at the moment.

Need a wager on this, couldn't disagree more. He guarantees Arsenal 10 goals at least imo. But it's not just that, his finishing is bang average, his link up play is good.

No chance that Remy failed a medical, Liverpool changed their mind and made an excuse...he had no problem with a medical before Frances WC, and at Chelsea.
