Arsenal are better than Man U ( currently, by some distance ), and Welbeck can't get into the United side.

Cos their starting striker is Sanogo ffs.

United still have two great strikers on their day.

Anyway, this proves what many United fans know about Welbeck:

http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/danny-we ... verein/985

See that period he played up front, 6 goals and 2 assists in 7 games.

But Arsenal turned up the opportunity of Remy and Falcao

Falcaos wages and Remys injury found at Liverpool medical?

Arsenal could have gone for Balotelli. Same fee as Welbeck and has a proven track record.

No more signings. Falcao is all we're in for.

Is Blind confirmed?

I'd be fuming if we don't get Falcao after selling Welbeck.

Maybe they were worried about his other "track records" too. :hide

Cleverley wanted a pay rise. Over double his wages.

Hope he enjoys leaving on a free. He had a chance to change his career.

No chance that Remy failed a medical, Liverpool changed their mind and made an excuse...he had no problem with a medical before Frances WC, and at Chelsea.

Remy will only be used sparingly by chealki, like they did with Demba Ba. So we dont know about the injury, and if it will affect him if he was to play most of the games during the season.

Also is there a problem with the Falcao medical at present? Why has it not been confirmed? Does he have a similar problem? Why pay those wages if you only get 20 games a season from him.....

Deadline day, its all so exciting.

Blind was confirmed about 2 hours ago.

Thank goodness for that. At least the midfield looks pretty decent now (well, on paper anyway). The fullbacks are still shite though.

Shaw, Rojo and Rafael seems alright to me.

Yeah alot of baggage and a player who will end up falling out with the manager and everyone else. Welbeck, well atleast he wont cause your club grief of the pitch. And lets be honest, he is only 23.

Micah Richards confirmed to Fiorentina on a loan until the end of the season.

Why couldn't we go for him?! Can't do worse than our current defence surely...

Not sold on Rafael or Jones personally. Shaw still unproven but great potential. Hope he goes well, could be a massive shot in the arm for the national side as well.
