makes the deal a very sensible one really - if he doesn't get back to his best we only have him on loan for one season, if he is flying by the end of the year then we have the option of buying for about £40m

Welbeck hasn't been sold yet. Looks like that deal will only be confirmed once Falcao's to Utd is done.

No you read it right. He's going on loan this season but it's in his contract that he has to sign for them on a permanent deal at the end of the loan.
