He is going into tackles like a idiot. The intent is enough to get the cards.

Yeah, but jumping and holding you're ankles when no contact has been made(neymar) is also a yellow card.

Juve seem to have calmed down a little bit, and Vidal has not done anything stupid for 5 minutes.....

Tbf, I think Vidal is lucky to be on the field as it is. The tackle on Iniesta from behind was a yellow, the push to Alves' face was a yellow if seen. Id be amazed if this ends 11 v 11.

That Morata looks a hell of a player.... assuming Madrid cant buy him back because they have 10 world class midfielders, if I were Arsenal, Man United or Man City I would be preparing a huge bid for him

Obviously the Italians remember the 2010? Inter v Barca game and believe that it is impossible for Italian teams to get players sent off in matches against Barca?

If he is thinking which i doubt very much. But if he is he must be playing the game that the ref wont send anyone off in the first half so as not to ruin the game.

Barca have got themselves into trouble at the back a few times.

Obviously United made a big mistake letting Pogba go. But did they let Evra go a year to early?

Why was Juve so incensed by that decision? Seemed easily the right call.

He was 33 I think at the time, he had a bad year, and he wanted a big contract wage.... I think they did the right thing

Suarez nearly makes it two from nothing.... then forces a save from Buffon. Been a very good game so far, should be more goals in this to come

Both teams look capable of scoring

No. Far too many times last season he looked past it. The pace of English football is, in the main, quicker than in Europe. Plus, it's one thing getting yourself up for a big CL game every now and then. It's another thing getting yourself up for WBA one week, then Stoke, then Spurs etc.

That said, Evra wasn't helped by often having Vidic and/or Rio along side last season.

He looked like he had lost a lot of pace in his last year. Probably couldnt be bothered to play for Moyes
