Yeah if you look at United's team yesterday, it needs a centre back, left back, right back cos Rafael is always injured, one/two centre mids and maybe winger. That's a lot more than 100 million.

And then RVP has been recuperating with PSV wtf and Rooney's contract is out soon.

Still the league champions, although RVP was the main difference last year, and hasn't figured so much this. That midfield does look very light, and has done for a while.

Thank god Sam decided to prioritise the Carling Cup over the FA Cup this week, and rest most of his fit players vs Forest....

West Ham charging £42 for the League Cup semi-final 2nd leg, disgusting ticket prices even if West Ham were 6-0 up.

I bet West Ham wish they were playing Man Utd this weekend.

Some fine goals last night. Negredo's first and Dzeko's second being the pick. Johnson's defending for Toure's goals was poor. Should have stayed at Wycombe.

United have got the early lead, but are now hanging on. United should be down to 10 men, smalling should have got a red. Wonder what Moyes will say about that?

Yep pass it to the 18 year old, he is the saviour.

United have to be favourites now, but it appears they are pretty tired.
