Ronaldo did nothing in that game.

For him to be able to say he scored in that final, and for him to be to celebrate scoring in that final, is the equivalent to Terry joining in the Chelsea celebrations in 2012.

Any one of those eleven players could probably have scored that penalty, at 3-1 with just seconds of the game left.

Varane kicked the ball at him.

Hardly warrants his reaction or his screaming at the ref at half-time.

Couldn't agree more, but to be fair too him, hes been fantastic..he set a record for goalscoring in the comp before tonight, and it was a goal scored in his old ground, can understand his reactio0n.

Real just seemed to have more fitness than Athletico in the end.

Most of their players have played 50/60 matches this year and just didn't have enough in the tank.

That goal killed them as well. Momentum completely shifted.

How many more games did Athletico play compared to Real? Barca game might have taken a bit out of them.

Same amount but Atletico don't rotate their squad. Played the same 12 or 13 throughout the season.

Smaller squad to pick from. Though Barca did the same a few years ago.

Real the first team to 10 European Cups. 1.2bn spent between their 9th and 10th. That money paid off in the end with Bale getting the winner.

Wow, Casillas says that this 10th win means more to him than winning the World Cup with Spain.

Real won 1 more so technically it's them but relative to their usual standards you'd have to say Atletico.

By the way, Atletico were semi-finalists in the Copa Del Rey not finalists.
