World Cup Warm ups

The beautiful game!

Hart - distribution was atrocious, couldn't kick or throw
Baines - disgusting lunges on numerous occasions, never should of stayed on the pitch
Cahill/Jagielka - not much to do
Johnson - wasted so much possession and slowed down attacks
Gerrard - did nothing, rain break didn't help
Henderson - One of the better performers, won the ball back a few times, has no attacking sense.
Lallana - not going to comment out of being bias
Welbeck - lazy useless tosser who isn't good enough for Championship football, let alone anything higher
Rooney - looked decent in patches, tried to link up with Lallana, had NO gel with Sturridge or Welbeck
Sturridge - missed countless chances, didn't run once and the dive late on was pathetic

Barkley - shooting from 30 yards with passes open is all he has.
Wilshere - pussies every tackle that came his way, and only passes backwards, cant think of anything he did well
Lampard/Lambert/Forster - came on too late to have any impact

RANT OVER.

Can we not play Lallana up front instead of Sturridge?

I see when Sturridge ended up on the hoarding in front of the England fans, someone threw their drink over him. I think I can guess why

Barclay was an odd one. Looked terrific for 5 mins and then disappeared. Shame that

England better hope they get a shed load of set pieces in the WC. Looking like the only way they'll score

To get the best out of Roney its probably best for him to be up front with either 3 of Sterling, Lallana, OX, Lampard, Barkley behind him. Walcott would be nice to be in this team actually. For me Sturridge is just not a starting striker at international level, just misses to many chances. Even have Lambert at front as he will bring in other players into the attacks.

By the sounds of it I'm glad I didn't watch the game. The electrical storm appears to be the most exciting part of it.

I only watched the first half yesterday but Hart didn't inspire any confidence. His distribution was poor, he worries me every time he tries to play a bit of football when a striker is bearing down, and he flapped worryingly at a couple of crosses. I have a feeling we may be due a howler from him sooner rather than later.

Forster's better IMO.

England will get the chance to play him in the dead rubber 3rd match, if they so wish

8-0 now, and more importantly Schneiderlin came on for his debut...6 long seasons I have waited for this moment.
