The United midfield will still be dominated against most top half sides.

I think the first choice midfield is fine. Defence would get dominated though.

Rojo in the United squad, so I presume he can play?

Interesting
I heard the other day he's not happy after Real Madrid sold Di Maria and Alonso but i can't see him leaving. They'll probably just give him another pay rise...
Anyway, i wouldn't want him back. He's 30 next year, he'll cost loads, have very high wages and has an injury that takes a long time to heal fully.

Nah this is different, this time his agent(Mendes) and Perez have visibly fallen out. We have two out of three of Mendes' best players already...Maybe they lose Ronaldo and get Reus in?
Ogden in Telegraph said Van Gaal is going for Strootman in January and Reus in the summer.

Ronaldo isn't going to leave Real Madrid to sit 7th in the Premier League, IF he was to leave, he'd join Munich or PSG.

Regardless of anything, the transfer window is closed until January so nobody is going anywhere at present.

The Ronaldo to United rumours have been out and about for two years, but I think he will play at Real until he is finished, then probably move to Portugal to see out his old man years.

A quote from Di Maria today, "Cristiano was always on my side. I don't know how much longer he can put up with it at Madrid."

Hard to know whether Di Maria is saying that or Mendes

rumours this morning of Ronaldo to Utd for £55m. I find that difficult to believe, if it's true then we should snap their arm off

Yeah a tough one to believe.
Ronaldo starting to get a few more injuries, 30 years old. Could be a risk.
