You can almost guarantee a 2nd goal now, probably for Germany.

Thank goodness. :clap

Much more difficult than Palacios, but there's the difference. have to bury your chances.

End of the day Argentina were unable to hold it in the midfield and rarely gave service to Messi which is probably why he played so deep. Maybe Messi needed to trust his team mates more to the very end.

OK last chance for Tina.

Well done to Germany. Had bad finishing from Argentina to thank for tonight, but they do deserve the world cup.

This is Messi range too, but a great goalie and tired legs, can't see him scoring.

Well done Germany, should make the USA feel good about themselves almost drawing. :salute

The fittest side in the tournament you would feel and the win a tough close match tonight and all credit to Argentina whom could have so easily won this. :salute

Now what do we do?

Scheduling is a joke, under NO circumstances should the Semis be played on seperate days.

I feel like those folks running along with Forrest Gump in monument valley, when he says "I think I'll go home now".

Over all my 3 teams under performed, over performed, and lived up to more than the expectations, that being England, Australia, and the USA respectively.

I picked Argentina from the start of the World Cup, but being unable to score in normal time twice has been there undoing. A most enjoyable World Cup though I have got to say. :party

Yes they won easily tonight, quite the walk in the park and made those incredible USA players look like they played in some minor league soccer program back in the states. :P
