From a penalty ? absolutely not, they should NEVER go over or wide, if a keeper saves it, fair enough.

Imagine the pressure? i know it's a cliche but that alone is enough to make your legs go to jelly. It's very easy to watch and criticise.

Yep i thugh correct decision as well

good decision, but also a brave decision. maybe even a career limiting decision

We probably won't see Howard best ref in Britain Webb supervising another game. they won't like refs who don't favour the host side, so the fact that the decision was correct will probably be irrelevant. Making the right call, rather than the popular call was naïve from Webb. I expect to see a lot of that nice, compliant ref from the opening game, who awards Brazil penalties at the drop of a hat.
