anyway it won't matter. no matter what anybody says no-one has the stones to stand up for anything, no-one will stick their head above the parapet, and nothing will give England a chance of doing anything in the tournament anyway.
Apart from anything else, all the world will see is England complaining because they didn't win the bid.... it'll all look like sour grapes....... like the French saying that London 2012 was the worst games ever
And don't pin hopes on Platini. He is only ever interested in stuff that shafts England, and English clubs.
