Maybe thought he was about to be arrested?

Blatter will get votted in. He is the cash cow for Africa, Asia and Central America. They will vote for him no matter what as he has made them all rich. But where has the money gone?

I really hope Uefa and other teams break away after this vote. We know the way it is going.

Well the bloke who was his boss is one of those arrested, so it has been suggested as a possibility. Others believe that its possible that some South American countries might abstain rather than vote against Blatter.

And then after the vote follow Uefa's lead of leaving FIFA. Now that would bring a lot of clout. US would join, as would most llikely Japan, Australia and a few others.

It wouldn't bother me if we were banned from the World Cup.

We never win it anyway.

We might be all right if the semi finalists are us, American Samoa, The Faroe Islands and San Marino.

We'd still stuff it up in the final against Japan or South Korea.

No surprise. Be interesting to see if UEFA carry out their threat now.

Would be great if they do.

Maybe votes should be judged according to world rankings?

Not sure why Somoa gets the same vote as Germany, and indeed gets the same money from the world cup.

Blatter won by 133 to 73 votes. Needed 140 to win but Ali withdrew from the second round.

How could the victory be so convincing after what's gone on this week.
