Looks like Benteke will be leaving Villa.
Has a release clause for 32.5 mil which seems like a good deal for Villa.
Would he be Liverpool bound, or head into Europe.
Wonder what Villa would do with the money. With a Owner who wants to sell, i wonder how much Sherwood will see of the money?

32.5m seems a bit too much for him. Still, if Sturridge can get fit, then the two of them may combine well.

Callum Wilson being targeted as his replacement.
We valued him at 7 million in January when they first enquired, price will probably be around 12 million now!

Just read that Liverpool would be happy to swap Sterling for Walcott an Gibbs
If they got that deal, it would be close to deal of the decade. Not going to happen.

Seems that *modded* Advocaat will sign a one year contract at Sunderland. Wasn't long ago that he left.

Should Sunderland be looking to the future, rather than going back to a man, who looks to be in it for the money.

Rodgers will probably play him in goal.

He's played in most other positions on the pitch and hasn't been any good.

The FAPL have confirmed they wont have a title sponsor from 2016/2017.
I'm guessing that's by choice and the Barclays deal expires then.
Seems odd. It's the season after the one coming up so surely they could have found one in time.
