Suddenly a lot of options up forward for United. Guess the questions now being asked will be where will Rooney play, and how much game time will Martial and Rashford get.

Martial and Rooney will still start. Mkhitaryan will just replace Mata on the right of attacking midfield.

Rashford will probably be the 2nd striker. Too much for him to be number 1 striker at his age anyway.

And Zlatan?

Zlatan will be number 1 striker. He'll play up top in a 4-2-3-1 formation with Martial, Rooney and Mkhitaryan behind.

Rashford will be on the bench as the reserve striker.

Right, now Man U have sorted out most of their signings, perhaps we can move on to other issues.

Should rename this thread the United thread and have another one for the rest of the Premier League.

So it starts again today.

United have spent huge, City have the coach they always wanted, Chealski have another combative manager, Arsenal, well doing what Arsenal do. Liverpool supporters yet again feel confident. Spurs had their best chance last year.

And what about Hull, lost their manager, spent nothing. Maybe they will beat Derby's point record? If Watford continue how they finished last season we might see 2 teams fighting for Derby's record

Bournemouth can they stay up? Can Burnley do a Bournemouth?

And will Southampton finally succumb to the selling of their best players and loosing their manager every few years, or will they continue to buck the trend?

And what about the state sponsored West Ham. Can they fill their public payed for sporting arena, and will the atmosphere be anything like the Boleyn Ground?

Everton mid table, Sunderland mid table, Stoke mid table, Middlesbrough and Swansea looking over their shoulders.

Pardrew is probably due some major melt down this season. Hit a ball boy or something and then suddenly Palace will be competing for a Euro place.

Leicester, what will they do, compete for top 6? Loosing Kante is a huge loss, i reckon they might well do a Chealski and defend there title with a 10th place finish.

The Hull thing is strange. Lost their top player, and havent signed anyone. Taking the money for promotion and running?

Pep appears to have opted for a 4-1-4-1 formation in his first game in charge. Caballero has been favoured over Hart, and Kolarov will presumably be playing at centre back. :hmmm

Pep obviously watched the Euros. Hart needed to be changed.

1-0 so far.

Hull is a big shock, wonder what odds you can get for Leicester going down?

The champions start with a defeat. I think they only lost 3 games all last season.

Wouldn't have made any difference, he would have succumbed to the general ineptitude of the rest of the idiots.
