Is that including Pogba who was injured?

Bit stupid really. I can see why Jose did what he did, we are still in this race.

We really missed Pogba, really did. Despite all the hyperbole that he hasn't been good, we missed someone who could create chances from deep.

We had a unfamiliar defensive pairing too

I thought after the way United played against Chealski, Anderlecht and Burnley that Jose might try and get a bit more from the game. A lot of pace up front for United and that should have caused the City defense some problems. United could have scored a lot more in all those games, but today they went back into that Jose shell.

But as it stands United might well finish top 4 and then this was a Jose masterclass. Win every game and they are in the Top 4 at the expense of Liverpool. United still have to play Arsenal and Spurs away. They will need to win one of those games at least.

Think Pogba's injury put bed to that though. It's a gamble what he's done today and we won't know if it has come off until the end of the season

cant believe i am saying this but thought Fellaini was a little hard done to tonight

when you saw it in slow motion it looked like both players were going forehead to forehead and as soon as there was any contact Aguero recoiled from the contact and went down like he had been shot

given he had just been booked it would probably have meritted a second yellow and he would have been sent off anyway, and his reaction afterwards was out of order but the actual incident itself looked to me as much about Aguero over-reacting as a headbutt from Fellaini

I thought that but they were pretty rational weren't they? Didn't really hear them but kinda did.

Was certainly not as animated as i thought it might be.

United are starting to run out of options at present with the injuries and suspensions they will have for the final few games.

I think with regard to the tackle, Fellaini barely touched Aguero, but he did what all strikers do in that position, feel the slightest contact and go over to win the free kick.

As far as the head contact goes, there was minimal contact, and Aguero played the actor once again. But Fellaini definitely moved his forehead down towards Aguero in a significant motion, which the ref clocked, and I think rightfully sent him off.

Not a whole lot in it, but Fellaini had one of his red mist descending moments after fouling Aguero ten seconds earlier, getting booked, and then charging after him like a raging bull. It was only ever going to end in tears.

He was a pretty decent player at Everton, he's been a total failure at Man U, and a huge liability at times.

He did ok at Everton, but the team was built around him. He needs to play as a 10 in a very direct system, he doesnt fit in a standardized midfield, and lacks any creativity on the ground. Really was a shocking buy from Moyes

Without any exaggeration, that was easily one of the worst matches I have ever been too. The quality, from both teams, was so poor that you knew the penalty was going to missed.

I believe only Boro and Sunderlan have scored less at home than us. We've given you a chance Puel, but time to part ways in the summer.
